Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with the services provided. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund only. Please see below for more information on our returns Policy.


RETURNS

All returns must be returned with thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in a new and unused condition, with all original packaging sealed (if applicable) and labels attached.

Please note that we are responsible for all damages occurred during shipping. In the case of this we will offer a partial refund, full refund or replacement of damaged product (if replacement is in stock). We do require photo evidence of damage before returned.


RETURNS PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at serioustcg@gmail.com to receive authorisation to return the item. After obtaining authorisation, please place the item securely in packaging, then post your return to the following address:

In the unlikely case that your order is delayed or lost please contact us on the email above. We as a retailer are responsible for deliver, not the courier and will offer a full refund if the item is proven lost or not received.

SeriousTCG is not liable for supplementary costs incurred due to delayed, lost, or misrouted orders beyond our control.
